things about the Coin Op Comic
Monday, November 29, 2004
Hey everyone, I'm back and almost better than ever.
#61 is now posted and I will get a background in eventually. The fun stuff I had this weekend kinda had me separated from my computer.
As for the "fun"...
Somehow over the weekend I lost a file on my computer, specifically "system.ini". Now I really don't know much about programming, but I figured out kinda quickly that is a slightly vital item for Windows to start up. So for 2 days I tore my place apart looking for the Windows serial # so I could reinstall WinME. Only to find out that Dell computers paste the info I needed on the side of my computer. (insert picture of screaming Dan right here).
Well, after I get WinME going once again, I find out that I have to reinstall everything. Not much of a problem there...Until I realized that I have no idea where the software for my scanner has gone to. And that I'm missing discs from Diablo II (but I have friends who can help me out there). So...what does that mean to you?
Since I have no scanner to upload images to PC, you have to take a Coin-Op page I finished last week. It may not be the quality you all desire, but I'd rather give you something that is presentable than nothing at all. Hopefully by Tuesday (God willing), I can get an updated #61 to you all.
Thanks for hearing my run my mouth about this....needed to vent just a little
Until I have proof the person who sent the virus is against my endorsement of Mozilla's Firefox browser.
I remain
Dan
